Warren Franklin
Warren Franklin is the CEO of Rainmaker and oversees its three entities: Rainmaker Entertainment Inc. - one of North America's leading digital production companies and its three divisions - Rainmaker Animation, Rainmaker Visual Effects and Rainmaker Post; EP Canada Limited Partnership; and Canada Film Capital Limited Partnership. Since joining the company in 2005, he has opened a UK satellite visual effects facility in London, and completed the acquisition of Mainframe Entertainment, Inc. thereby creating the largest animation and visual effects group in Canada. Mr. Franklin has over twenty years experience managing studio operations and film production at such industry leaders as Lucasfilm Ltd, Colossal Pictures, Cinesite, and Pinnacle Studios. Mr. Franklin was a key member of George Lucas' creative and management team for more than a decade where he was responsible for creating the Lucasfilm Entertainment Group and served as the Group Vice President managing its six divisions, including Industrial Light & Magic (ILM), LucasArts Games, and Skywalker Sound.

Mr. Franklin has attracted numerous high-profile films into the Rainmaker pipeline including the #1 Box Office hits, The Da Vinci Code, Night at the Museum and Blades of Glory and the company's first theatrical animated feature Escape From Planet Earth. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) and a board member of the Visual Effects Society (VES).

Bruce Hodge
Mr. Hodge is a founder and principal of Pender West Capital Partners Inc. and a partner in CWC Acquisitions Inc. He has over 25 years experience in investment and merchant banking, including financial reorganizations, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. In 1989, Mr. Hodge was a founding partner of CWC Capital Ltd. ("CWC"), an investment/merchant banking firm providing corporate financial advisory services to middle market private companies located in Western Canada and the Northwest United States. Prior to forming CWC, Mr. Hodge was a Vice-President and Director of Pemberton Securities Inc., a fully integrated investment banking firm. He is an advisor to the Tricor Capital Fund 1 and also served (in 1999) as a Director of Okanagan Skeena Group Limited. Mr. Hodge is a trustee of Premium Brands Income Fund, a reporting issuer listed on the TSX. Mr. Hodge holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a M.A. (Economics) degree from Queens University.

George Paleologou
Mr. Paleologou has been the President of Premium Brand Income Fund since July 2001. Mr. Paleologou is a trustee of Premium Brands Income Fund, a reporting issuer listed on the TSX. From October 2000 to July 2001, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Direct Plus Food Group Ltd. Mr. Paleologou served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Premium Brands Inc. from 1989 to October 2000. Mr. Paleologou joined Premium Brand Inc. in 1987 as Corporate Controller and prior to that time was with KPMG LLP. Mr. Paleologou is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.

Jeffrey Stacey
Mr. Stacey founded Jeffrey D. Stacey & Associates Ltd. in 1990 and has been a Managing Director ever since.  He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Guelph as well as a member of the Investment Management Committee, which oversees the University’s Endowment Fund and Pension Plan.  Mr. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Wade Flemons
Mr. Flemons is a founder and principal of Pender West Capital Partners Inc, a Vancouver based private equity investment firm. Mr. Flemons has over 20 years of experience in all areas of investment banking and merchant banking and has been involved in all aspects of investment banking activities including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial restructuring, financial modeling, corporate valuations, and strategic evaluations. Mr. Flemons had previously worked in the corporate finance group of Pemberton Securities Ltd. Mr. Flemons is a Director of Tapp Technologies Inc. and a past director of Harlan Fairbanks Ltd., Pacific Sport BC and Pacific Sport Center Vancouver. Mr Flemons holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.

Tim McElvaine
Mr. McElvaine is the President of McElvaine Investment Management Ltd., which is the investment advisor to The McElvaine Investment Trust and The McElvaine Limited Partnership. Mr. McElvaine is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University. Mr. McElvaine was a director of Humpty Dumpty Snack Foods Inc. from 2005 to 2006 and was director of Sun-Rype Products Ltd from 2000 to 2005.

Don Selman, FCA
Mr. Selman was a senior partner at Wolrige Mahon LLP, a chartered accounting firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia until his retirement in 2006 and continues to provide consulting services for the firm. Mr. Selman obtained his chartered accountant designation in 1958 and a Law Degree from the University of British Columbia in 1960. He is a chartered business valuator and a chartered arbitrator and continues to practice those disciplines. He is a member of the boards of Canfor Corporation, where he chairs the governance committee and serves on the audit committee, and Sun-Rype Products Ltd., where he chairs the audit committee.
